Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities and duties

  • Onboard new properties into company software
  • Ensure the properties are turn key for clients
  • Find, analyze and close on master lease agreements
  • Drafting the system and procedures for onboarding new homes
  • Showings and negotiations
  • Create reports and KPI summaries
  • Maintaining the company relationship with property owners
  • Travel to other states, countries to open new branches
  • Ability to work under pressure

Requirements

  • Must pass a criminal background screening
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Excellent grammar, email, and verbal skills
  • Real Estate experience a plus
  • Proficient with Google Drive
  • Technologically savvy: Ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • General understanding of CRM PM Software platforms
  • Must be able to communicate with management and co-workers in an effective manner
  • Must be a good listener, detail-oriented, a problem solver, reliable, deadline-driven, dependable, and on time
  • Committed to standards of the highest professionalism and ethics
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the Real Estate business
  • 2+ years of Business experience

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Times: 9AM – 6PM

Supp pay: Bonus pay
