Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities and duties

  • Answering the phone and screening prospective clients
  • Chat with prospective clients through the website
  • Handle incoming inquiries for bookings and concierge services
  • Interact with guests via phone, email, and various booking platforms
  • Manage relationships with external partners
  • Resolve customer escalations
  • Facilitate communication between our clients and team to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Previous experience in phone answering  
  • Excellent grammar, email, and verbal skills
  • Real Estate and hospitality experience is a must 
  • Extremely responsive 
  • Strong understanding of Google Drive and Microsoft Office 
  • Technologically savvy: Ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • General understanding of CRM PM Software platforms
  • Committed to standards of the highest professionalism and ethics
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Work under pressure

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales and customer service
