Graphic Designer

Compensation: $60k – $80k per year

Responsibilities and duties

  • Knowledge of Adobe Software such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Knowledge and skills in creating Illustrations using drawing and sketching
  • Responsible for maintaining and creating brand identity systems for a multitude of product lines
  • Working with the Department manager and Graphics lead to establishing the appropriate direction for assigned projects
  • Create graphic solutions for the following: Packaging design, catalogs, presentations, social media/web/trade show graphics, and sales collateral
  • Ability to take an assigned project from conception to completion – responsibilities include:
  • Creating illustrations/artwork
  • Layout/copywriting, typography
  • Sourcing images, effects, and materials
  • Ensuring accuracy of all graphic elements (proofing artwork & copy content)
  • Preparing artwork for print production
  • Follow provided style guides, assist in the creation of new style guides when needed
  • Follow-through to provide Traffic co. with color proofs for Asian vendors, paper documentation of deliverables, etc.
  • Working with graphics lead to making sure work is projecting correct image & message
  • Providing correct specs. mock-up samples for buyer review or to send out to Asia (hangtags, displays, boxes, sleeves, trays, inserts, POP, and show signage)


  • Must pass a Criminal Background Screening
  • Excellent grammar, email, and verbal skills
  • Real Estate experience a plus
  • Concierge, customer service, and hospitality background is preferred
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
  • Proficient with Google Drive
  • Technologically savvy: Ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • General understanding of CRM PM Software platforms
  • An ability to manage expectations
  • Must be able to communicate with management and co-workers in an effective manner
  • Must be a good listener, detail-oriented, a problem solver, reliable, deadline-driven, dependable, and on time


  • 2+ years project management/social media experience
  • 2+ years marketing experience

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Times: 9AM – 6PM

Supp pay: Bonus pay
