Responsibilities and duties

  • Respond efficiently and quickly to emails and any incoming communication
  • Facilitate communication between our clients and team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Drive to properties and meet potential clients
  • Oversee cleaning schedules and maintenance work orders
  • Craft individualized welcome packets and neighborhood guidebooks for guests
  • Inputting daily expenses
  • Create Listings
  • Onboard new properties
  • Work under pressure

Requirements

  • Must pass a criminal background screening
  • Excellent grammar, email, and verbal skills
  • Real Estate experience a plus
  • Concierge, customer service, and hospitality background is preferred
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
  • Proficient with Google Drive
  • Technologically savvy: Ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • General understanding of CRM PM Software platforms
  • An ability to manage expectations
  • Must be able to communicate with management and co-workers in an effective manner
  • Must be a good listener, detail-oriented, a problem solver, reliable, deadline-driven, dependable, and on time

  • Thrives in a collaborative environment

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the Real Estate/Hospitality business
  • 2+ years of personal assistant experience
  • Hotel background

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Times: 9AM – 6PM

Supp pay: Bonus pay
