HR Coordinator

Responsibilities and duties
- Respond to employee questions related to established HR policies and procedures
- Perform HRMS data management activities, including initiating transactions and running reports
- Integrating and introducing HR Software
- Assist with conducting staff onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Assist in the administration of leave procedures
- Generates appropriate correspondence, tracks leaves, and maintains files appropriately
- Assist with the hiring process, including screening applicants, conducting background checks, etc.
- Maintain Human Resources related files, including employee files, leave files, and recruitment files
Requirements
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Previous experience in HR
- Excellent grammar, email, and verbal skills
- Real Estate and hospitality experience is a must
- Extremely responsive
- Strong understanding of Google Drive and Microsoft Office
- Technologically savvy: Ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
- General understanding of CRM PM Software platforms
- Committed to standards of the highest professionalism and ethics

- Work under pressure
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR experience
