HR Coordinator

Type of position: Salary plus bonus

Compensation: $80k/year

Responsibilities and duties

  • Respond to employee questions related to established HR policies and procedures
  • Perform HRMS data management activities, including initiating transactions and running reports
  • Integrating and introducing HR Software
  • Assist with conducting staff onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes 
  • Assist in the administration of leave procedures 
  • Generates appropriate correspondence, tracks leaves, and maintains files appropriately
  • Assist with the hiring process, including screening applicants, conducting background checks, etc. 
  • Maintain Human Resources related files, including employee files, leave files, and recruitment files

Requirements

  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Previous experience in HR  
  • Excellent grammar, email, and verbal skills
  • Real Estate and hospitality experience is a must 
  • Extremely responsive 
  • Strong understanding of Google Drive and Microsoft Office 
  • Technologically savvy: Ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • General understanding of CRM PM Software platforms
  • Committed to standards of the highest professionalism and ethics
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Work under pressure

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HR experience

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Times: 9AM – 6PM
