Property Manager

Responsibilities and duties

  • Perform daily inspections of assigned vacation rental properties
  • Assist with overseeing the housekeeping team and monitoring our high standards
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks
  • Provide excellent guest service during check-ins and check-outs
  • Assist other departments when necessary
  • Run errands for clients

Requirements

  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • Hospitality experience is a must 
  • Extremely responsive 
  • Technologically savvy: Ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • General understanding of CRM PM Software platforms
  • Committed to standards of the highest professionalism and ethics
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Must be effective in handling problems; including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving
  • Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally 
  • Lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects to furnish properties
  • Work under pressure

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hospitality experience

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Times: 9AM – 6PM | Remote after hours
