Real Estate Assistant

Department: Concierge

Compensation: $55k/year

Responsibilities and duties

  • Understanding and knowledge on how to fill out CAR forms
  • Understanding on how to use all functions of The MLS
  • Scheduling and maintaining a very well organized schedule for brokers and company meetings
  • Starting and completing marketing materials/designs with directions from the broker
  • Shadowing phone calls and taking notes
  • Keeping calendars up to date
  • Errands and delivery of promotional items
  • Creating contracts
  • Proofread, correct spelling, grammatical, and layout errors
  • Coordinate and assist with collecting, aggregating, and preparing data
  • Hold open houses, showings, and broker meetings

Requirements

  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Previous experience in phone answering  
  • Excellent grammar, email, and verbal skills
  • Real Estate experience is a must 
  • Extremely responsive 
  • Strong understanding of Google Drive and Microsoft Office 
  • Technologically savvy: Ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • General understanding of CRM PM Software platforms
  • Committed to standards of the highest professionalism and ethics
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Work under pressure 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of real estate assistant experience

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Times: 9AM – 6PM
