Hiring A Social Media Manager
Job Overview: The social media manager is a hands-on position, supporting the overall marketing and systems to provide great exposure to potential clients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Track Influencer organic and paid performance
- Develop, plan, acquire and execute and create content and strategy for all social channels - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Youtube
- Plan social strategy launch efforts for new properties
- Ability to deliver creative content tying into popular holidays, events, etc.
- Collaborate with Content Creator
- Build influencer network and maintain meaningful relationships that benefit Nightfall
- Crafting individualized welcome packet and neighborhood guidebook for guests
- Answer messages from clients on social media platforms.
- Create properties listings
- Onboarding new properties and create house manual
- Must be willing to drive to properties and meet potential clients
- Must be extremely organized and VERY responsive at all times
- Work under pressure
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Excellent grammar and communication skills
- Real Estate experience is a plus
- Concierge, customer service, and hospitality background is preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
- Proficient with Google drive
- Technologically savvy: Ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
- General understanding of CRM PM Software platforms
- An ability to manage expectations
- Must be able to communicate with management and co-workers in an effective manner
- Must be a good listener, detail-oriented, a problem solver, reliable, deadline-driven, dependable, and on time
- Committed to standards of the highest professionalism and ethics
- Thrives in a collaborative environment
Hours:: 8 Am - 5 PM at the office / 5 Pm -12 AM remotely
Weekends remotely.
