The villa is spread over two levels, featuring expansive spaces that open onto a terrace. The exterior walls are adorned with warm wooden cladding, adding a cozy touch to the contemporary design. Inside, the living room boasts high vaulted ceilings above a lounge area that opens onto the swimming pool, furnished with comfortable sofas, coffee tables, and an HDTV for enjoyable movie nights. The large indoor dining room, illuminated by beautiful lighting, can seat up to eight guests and is conveniently located next to a well-equipped kitchen with a large breakfast bar and stools. The use of wood, soft cushions, taupe colors, and shimmering lights creates a delightful and relaxing ambiance, enhanced by the large bay windows that open onto the terrace.

The terrace of The La Isla Villa is a true highlight, extending over a spacious wooden deck with magnificent views of the wooded hills and Marigot bay.
