All Miami villa rentals require a refundable security which is refunded up to 48h after the post check out inspection and ensuring that no damages or house rules violations have occurred.
While staff is not included in the villas, we do offer private chefs, housekeeping and security services through our concierge service at an additional cost.
Each villa has its own min stay requirement, however usually in Miami the min is 3 nights.

The breakdown while renting a villa in Miami with The Nightfall is as follows:
Rental Rate x Number of nights, Transient Occupancy Tax (Depending on the city), Cleaning fee: varies depending on the property, Insurance fee: $250 per stay
Other fees may include. Event fee: Based on the event and number of guests attending.
Pet fee: If the villa accepts pets, there is a non refundable pet fee. Early check in: If the property is available prior to the check in time, we will be happy to offer a complimentary early check in, however in certain circumstances it will be a charge associated with an early check in. Late check out: There is always a late check out fee depending on the time of the check out.
The design and the architectures for all the villas are different, and so are the facilities. They are exclusively available to the guest and vary from private pools to lounging/sitting areas, dining areas, theater rooms, entertainment areas, bars, sauva, spas, and many other such facilities in every villa.
At The Nightfall Group, we accept wire transfers only at the moment. You need to confirm the bank account details with your villa specialist to make sure the information is correct.
Our Miami villas range from $1,500 all the way up to $20,000 per night.
In general the check in time is 4 Pm until midnight
In general the check out is at 11 AM.
Parties and events may be allowed with a written agreement and for an additional fee. Each villa is different, some villas prohibit events, while others allow events for a certain capacity of guests.
