Prior to your clients’ arrival, they will be assigned a dedicated local property manager who will welcome them and provide a thorough introduction to the property’s features and amenities.
We maintain 24/7 communication with both you and your clients for any inquiries, requests, or maintenance concerns.

COMISSION

For villas listed on our OTA accounts, we offer a commission of 10% based on the online rate.
For villas available exclusively offline, we provide a commission of 20%, with the flexibility for you to apply a markup if desired.
