The beautiful mansion is conveniently placed on the famous Pointe Milou’s heights. It has a 110-square-meter living room and four gorgeous suites. A large Jacuzzi, a long heated pool, and a pavilion with dining area and gas BBQ are located below: a very pleasant and inviting setting. The master bedroom is attached to the living area, while the other bedrooms are accessible via the yard. This villa is great for a family or group of friends visiting St Barth. Villa is located in Pointe Milou’s calm residential district, with wonderful open areas and sea views. The four bedrooms (three of which are more like suites) offer ample living in a private environment, and are all connected to the even larger living space. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a modern design, making it simple to cook meals for the entire family. Outside, the lower floor leads to the heated pool and spa, where guests can rest and take in the views of the ocean. It’s an ideal environment for families or groups of friends to relax and enjoy the fresh ocean air in the privacy of their own private villa.
*Rates are weekly and based on double occupancy per bedroom. Tourism tax (10%) and service fee (5%) are not included. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required, with shorter stays available on request. Bookings over December require a 14-night minimum at peak season rates. All rates are subject to change without notice.

Check-in and check-out times can differ slightly from villa to villa. The Nightfall Group will always work to accommodate your schedule wherever possible.
