It comprises 6 bedrooms, a bathroom, a private toilet, and a TV in a spacious villa intended as a resort with independent living spaces. A huge fully equipped kitchen with access to the furnished terrace and heated infinity pool completes the space, as does a TV lounge with WiFi.
The ideal location for a great holiday! The view of the lagoon is spectacular from the exclusive Domaine du Levant in Petit Cul de Sac, and the beach of Petit Cul de Sac is 1 minute by car or 10 minutes walk (hard climb on the way back). The bedrooms are properly separated and each has its unique style. The fifth bedroom will be shuttered and vacant.
*Rates are weekly and based on double occupancy per bedroom. Tourism tax (10%) and service fee (5%) are not included. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required, with shorter stays available on request. Bookings over December require a 14-night minimum at peak season rates. All rates are subject to change without notice.

Payment is accepted by bank transfer only.
Check-in and check-out times can differ slightly from villa to villa. The Nightfall Group will always work to accommodate your schedule wherever possible.

On departure: Check-out is typically set for 10:00 AM.
