The living area is cozy and has a sofa in front of a big TV that’s perfect for relaxing movie nights. Near the well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, the dining area hosts up to eight people at a magnificent raw wood table. Warm wood and taupe accents are used throughout the interior decoration, and the St. Barths natural light enters through the front and back entrances, where there is a pleasant outside area with a wonderful lawn and attractive hanging chairs. The tranquil ambiance in this idyllic setting is created by the mild trade breezes.
*Rates are weekly and based on double occupancy per bedroom. Tourism tax (10%) and service fee (5%) are not included. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required, with shorter stays available on request. Bookings over December require a 14-night minimum at peak season rates. All rates are subject to change without notice.

Payment is accepted by bank transfer only.
Check-in and check-out times can differ slightly from villa to villa. The Nightfall Group will always work to accommodate your schedule wherever possible.
On arrival: Check-in typically starts from 4:00 PM.
On departure: Check-out is typically set for 10:00 AM.
