The holiday rental in St. Barths, Top of St. Jean, is a villa constructed in a colonial style on two storys, fusing opulent Asian decoration with the magnificence of nature. The spacious living room has a vaulted ceiling that gives it a fantastic sense of volume and is equipped with cozy sofas, attractive items, statuettes, and wall mirrors. The dining area, which offers a comfortable table and benches ideal for indoor eating in this wide, breezy living space opening onto the panoramic view, is located next to the well-equipped kitchen. When you want to eat outside, there is also a dining table on the terrace. This spacious interior area, which faces a view of the deep blue ocean, is elegant and comfortable and is well-swept by the mild trade breezes.
*Rates are weekly and based on double occupancy per bedroom. Tourism tax (10%) and service fee (5%) are not included. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required, with shorter stays available on request. Bookings over December require a 14-night minimum at peak season rates. All rates are subject to change without notice.
