Abundant space, style, and luxury come together, with soaring ceilings, glass-walled walkways, and large windows opening to expansive views on both sides. Exquisite design, carefully selected furnishings, and eye-catching artwork complete this stunning home.
Located in the hills above St-Jean, this property enjoys a sublime location for making the most of the island. Within easy reach is the beach, lined with elegant restaurants and boutique stores. Lorient Beach and the capital Gustavia are also just a short drive away, offering even more options for drinking, dining, and lounging on some of the Caribbean’s most stunning beaches. The villa accommodates up to 12 guests in utmost privacy and luxury. There are six bedrooms: Two are on the main floor, next to the living room and pool terrace. The third bedroom opens to the patio and its serene tropical garden. Three additional suites are on the upper floor; each has a sumptuous bathroom, large dressing room, and private terrace to take in the spectacular sea views. The villa offers an unrivaled suite of amenities for relaxation and entertainment. A soundproof nightclub with bar and billiards area; a fitness room; and a hammam with steam room are among the delights. There’s also a media lounge, office, and private parking for seven cars.
*Rates are weekly and based on double occupancy per bedroom. Tourism tax (10%) and service fee (5%) are not included. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required, with shorter stays available on request. Bookings over December require a 14-night minimum at peak season rates. All rates are subject to change without notice.
