The Utopic Villa offers five air-conditioned bedrooms across two buildings. One bedroom is on the main level, bathed in natural light from a bay window, while two others are upstairs, accessible via a staircase. The fourth bedroom is in a separate bungalow by the pool, and the fifth is on the lower level, also reachable by a staircase. Each bedroom features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and desk area. Four of the bedrooms boast stunning sea views, while the fifth offers a peaceful view of the surrounding vegetation through glass walls, creating an inviting sense of openness. A curated photography collection enhances the atmosphere with vibrant colors and soft fabrics. For fitness enthusiasts, a well-equipped gym is available on the lower level near the parking area.
