Each of the six luxury suites is positioned for separation, silence, and uninterrupted sea views, finished with refined materials and natural textures throughout.

For wellness and recreation, guests enjoy a 16-meter pool with Jacuzzi (heated and cooled), a high-end gym with 400+ exercises and Peloton, a Pilates Reformer, Finnish sauna, Turkish hammam, cold plunge, an outdoor padel court, and a dedicated yoga deck.

The estate also features a cinema- and club-ready entertainment room, smart-home control, blackout blinds, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Culinary offerings include two full kitchens, a wood-fired pizza oven, an organic vegetable garden, a curated wine cellar, and two fully stocked bars — with multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas for any occasion.
