It’s only a five-minute stroll to the sandy shores of La Bouillabaisse and the luxurious Cheval Blanc Palace. Inside, you’ll find a stunning living room complete with a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a cozy TV lounge. The villa features six spacious bedrooms and five elegant bathrooms, along with a balcony, a covered terrace, and a refreshing pool.

The Parla Villa is situated near Gassin Provence, conveniently located off the road leading to Nice and the Route des Plages. Spanning 400m² of living space on a generous 2000m² plot, the villa offers three distinct living areas indoors, complemented by terraces on both the ground and first floors. The expansive veranda and pool area run along the length of the house, creating an inviting space for relaxation and entertainment.

Rates

*Rates are weekly and based on double occupancy per bedroom. Tourism tax (5%) and service fee (10%) are not included. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required, with shorter stays available on request. Bookings over Christmas or New Year’s Day require a 14-night minimum at Peak Season rates. All rates are subject to change without notice.
