Perched on Ibiza’s southwest coast in Es Cubells, The Pearali Villa is a first-line beachfront estate with direct, private access to the sea — a rare feature that includes mooring space for larger boats. Spread across 500 m² of interior living space and 350 m² of terraces, all set within a generous 7,000 m² plot, the villa’s south-facing position frames uninterrupted views toward Formentera.
Each of the six bedrooms opens onto its own terrace with sea views, air conditioning, satellite TV, and DVD player, with three of the main suites offering an in-room safe. Bathrooms throughout are finished in marble, several with soaking tubs and walk-in showers. Guests reach a sandy beach in just five minutes on foot.
The Pearali Villa comes with daily housekeeping (8 hours) and linen changes every three days as standard, with parking for up to five cars in a private garage. A wider concierge-style menu is available on request — private chef, professional waitstaff, a chauffeur-driven car, massage therapists, and additional security — making it just as suited to a quiet family stay as it is to hosting guests in style. The location keeps things private and low-key while staying close to the island’s rhythm: Cala Jondal is roughly 10 minutes away, Ibiza Town about 20, and the airport around 15.
*Rates are weekly and based on double occupancy per bedroom. Tourism tax (10%) and service fee (5%) are not included. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required, with shorter stays available on request.
