The architecture is ultra-modern and minimalist, literally carved into the rock face 200 meters above sea level and surrounded by mature pine forest. Nearly every piece of furniture was custom-designed for the villa, filling 500 m² (5,380 sq ft) of interior living space plus 600 m² (6,450 sq ft) of terraces and outdoor living areas.
