At first I didn’t know what to expect by booking with this site but turned out amazingly great holidays, we flew from London for a week in DXB, this was my second time in the city, we got a place in Palm Jumeirah, very safe place, they found a chef for our birthday celebration and also got a driver for airport pick up and drop off, very convenient when you can do it all from one place, a person name Oly did meet us at the place to show us around and made a WhatsApp group with us which was super easy to deal with. The design and the architectures for all the villas are different, and so are the facilities. The guest is welcome to use all the villa without restrictions

The breakdown while renting a villa in Ibiza with The Nightfall is as follows:

Each villa has its own min stay requirement, however usually in Ibiza the min is 7 nights.
Our Ibiza villas range from €15,000 all the way up to €200,000 per week.
All Ibiza villa rentals require a refundable security deposit which is refunded up to 48h after the check out.
The villa comes with no staff or extra services, there is a charge for services like private chefs or housekeeping.
In general the check in time is 4 Pm until midnight
In general the check out is at 11 AM.
Visitors are allowed as long as the number of guests allowed is respected.
Parties and events may be allowed with a written agreement and for an additional fee. Each villa is different, some villas prohibit events, while others allow events for a certain capacity of guests.
